‘Die mannen met de Schotse rokjes aan’ en ‘de moeilijkste naam van Kruikenstad’ zijn de meest gehoorde alternatieven voor de échte naam van deze carnavalsvereniging. Dit bij elkaar geraapt zootje vrienden vormt al sinds 2012 een fraai Tilburgs gezelschap. Straalbezopen en bizar van de kaart, dit stelletje ongeregeld is:

Moeilijk Straal Van De Bizar Fraaie Kaart. 

Gewapend in kilt, zwarte kiel en groen-oranje sjaal, maakt deze carnavalsvereniging hun Kruikenstad elk jaar weer een stukje onveiliger. Residerend in Klein Café Van Horen Zeggen wordt hun dorst nooit gelest en is het maar de vraag of ze nog iets onder hun rok dragen.

Na jaren van speculatie voegden zij in 2023 eindelijk daad bij het fraaie woord; een eigen nummer uitbrengen, genaamd ‘Moeilijk Straal’. Tijdens het muziekspektakel Zumme Zinge?! stond de CV voor een uitverkocht 013 om het nummer voor de eerste keer live te doen. Met succes: zowel publiek als de jury, onder leiding van radio-DJ Rob Janssen, verkozen ‘Moeilijk Straal’ tot Kruikenkraker van 2023. Een nominatie voor de prestigieuze Kies je Kraker verkiezing van Omroep Brabant volgde en daar werd een 5e plek bemachtigd. 500.000+ streams, een klassieke stampremix en 50+ optredens later kunnen we spreken van een unaniem belachelijk succesdebuut. In 2024 volgde de 2e single ‘Huizenjacht’, waarmee de CV een actueel thema bespreekt; de woningnôôd, die is zo grôôt, dus ga met CV MSVDBFK op Huizenjacht! Ook hiermee gooiden zij hoge ogen, bereikte ze 250.000+ streams en gingen ze op tour door Brabant. Voor 2025 zijn de plannen groots; er zijn maarliefst 2 nieuwe hits opgenomen, waarbij ze enerzijds het melancholische carnavalsgevoel weten te vangen en anderzijds de liefde voor Cola Voor De Kleur bezingen!

Premiered during the formidable duo’s record breaking Tomorrowland headline set, and one of the standout records of this years Miami Ultra Music Festival, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike alongside Turkish powerhouse producer Ummet Ozcan have penned an undisputable future classic with ‘The Hum’.

The track has been an untitled fan favourite ID for months thanks to it’s roaring presence and ability to unite fans in their packs. The Belgian brothers have finally decided to release this clubland scaling hit under the title ‘The Hum’ following its explosive inclusion in their big surprise 3 Are Legend appearance, alongside their musical brother Steve Aoki, at Ultra Music Festival in Miami. The track had the Miami crowd primed and ready setting the tone for one of the most exhilarating sets of the entire weekend.
