Behind this balearic EP(or Donauleric perhaps?)we have Attila and Szilard aka Pleasure Voyage from Budapest.

Teaming up as a dj and production team in 2018 they found a mutual love of disco and balearic sounds.
In their own words "Pleasure Voyage is a cruise through the universe of feel-good music". After a little touch up and additional mixing by Prins Thomas at Asker's B15 lab we're content on classifying this as a modern balearic classic.

Milano-based producer Eluard graces Slow Motion Records once again with his debut album ‘Dirty Hall’. A release filled with his distinctively nostalgic tone, blending West Coast synth funk and Italo Disco with appropriate, seamless grit.

‘Dirty Hall’ opens with ‘Die Erste Musik’,  a chiming track with a wide, captivating vocal sampler riff that delicately dances off fizzing percussion. Creamy, glistening chords sit beautifully within this arrangement effortlessly complementing the bassline. This approach is taken a step further in the following ‘Carlo E Daria’, with an instantly attention-grabbing swirling synth motif.

‘Dirty Hall’ shows the breadth of Eluard's innate talent for harnessing the best out of the analogue machine, creating a rich sonic palette that never fails to warm the ears. The thundering lows of ‘Comic Bad’ are met with a mind-bending augmented synth line and a beautifully enigmatic vocal riff.

Eluard’s sound design throughout this LP masterfully pushes the retro into the present realm, retaining the characterful intrigue of the instruments recorded. Intelligently placed harmonies in ‘Dancers Are Thin And Pretty’ and ‘Funny Jasmine’ help to raise the instrumental sequences, allowing the listener to be transported to a more reflective, existential space.

The slick flare of elegant floor filler ‘Phonemes’ solidifies Eluard as a visionary within the Italian Dance Wave Movement, layering distinguished instrumentals with perfectly placed melodics.

‘Dirty Hall’ eloquently concludes with the sophisticated sleaze of ‘In The Next Room’. A masterful nod to the golden era of the vocoder with a stomping, percussive groove and a cleansing chordal sequence. ‘Dirty Hall’ is an LP charged with a mind-bending evocation instilling Eluard as a forward-thinking force within the sonic sphere.

I’m proud to present this new release of mine. Not only because it’s me writing the hype sheet, but for the fact that this track has been with me for so long and finally it finds its way out to the public. 
The track itself is inspired by some mid eightees song and the result is a slow pulsating 104 BPM track with lots of melodic synths with a vocal sample saying ROCK IT!
Second reason for the proud moment, we have one of Norways finest in the Disco scene on the remix duty. Following the same path of success as Lindstrøm and Prins Thomas, diskJokke is in great demand, his versions of Ost &amp; Kjex, Daniel Wang, David Lynch, Lindstrom and Bloc Party Monarchy are considered mini-masterpieces, and labels fight to get music from him.His real name is Joachim Dyhrdal, he is a classically trained violinist from Svelvik, Norway
diskJokke is hot property, he rarely do remixes these days.He discovered electronic music aged 15 and as diskJokke he since then produces demented techno and creamy, dub-spacious electronica, house and Italo-disco for a living, with fans amongst tastemakers throughout the electronic-world.His recent release, ‘Maneter’ (with Djuma Soundsystem) was a great success on Sander Kleinenberg’s This Is Records, and there are more golden nuggets in the pipeline we are told.

Phenomenal Handclap Band is back on Toy Tonics with remixes by Superpitcher & Ray Mang! The New York indie disco crew delivers their third song to the Berlin dancefloor label. Their last 2 Toy Tonics singles, "Judge Not" and "Jail", have already made big waves with heavy rotations in the sets of people like DJ Harvey, Artwork, Gilles Peterson, Keinemusik and many others. Now they are back with another surefire smash: "Remain Silent".
The Phenomenal Handclap Band from New York has been known for a couple of funk-driven releases before, but also for supporting or collaborating with such giants as Bryan Ferry, Marcos Valle and Nile Rodgers & Chic. 
The band, based around multi instrumentalist and producer Daniel Collás, is releasing their new single in advance of a new album on Toy Tonics in 2020. This is just a warm up!

With "Baile Muerto" mexican superproducer Bufi aka. Theus Mago joins Belly Dance Services for two mind-blowing tracks. Baile Muerto is a dark ode to modern dance music, driven by punchy drums and apocalyptic modular synths which sets the mood for this one.

"Concrete and Jungle" is Bufi's second contribution to the Ep.
This loveable compadre tells the story of tensity of urbanized nature through tropical rhythm sections and synthesizers that blend in with slappy bass lines. This tune sucks listeners into the symphonic universe of Don Bufi.

Label heads Hanzo & Yaman fuse the Ep's main title ''Baile Muerto'' into a experimental studio session-like rhythmical hike that rotates between gloomy darkness and interplanetary playfulness. Through subby bass lines joined with stinging modular melodies the duo create a vicious and violent disco stepper.

Last but not least Multi Culti label boss, Thomas Von Party joines the project for a flawless remix of ''Concrete and Jungle". Shamanic tribal chants merged with flirtatious percussive elements make this version a black diamond in the deserted jungle of electronic music.
Von Party's frisky jam sets listeners into a hypnotic trance not only on the dancefloor.
