For those who aren’t familiar, Govenor Reiss was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he traveled a rocky road that ultimately led him to his purpose. Govenor Reiss’s story is that of a young man who had lost it all and is now getting everything due to him through Christ and is using hip hop as his preferred method of expression. After staring at death in the face more than once, he rose and is fast becoming an empowering musician who inspires others through his music.
