Intention: as we move through this transformative Eclipse portal & into the darker months of the year, may we flow through the highs & the low with grace & humility, embracing times of pain, challenge, pleasure, power & healing.
Let this sound journey open up the spaces within you for deep connection with your body's wisdom; dance with your shadow and dance with your joy, an opportunity for us to dive into, both, the light & dark realms of our being & to honouring the full spectrum of being human.

There is so much in this world that we don't understand yet. Energy, music, sound, vibration, nature, love, intention; It all has such an unfathomably powerful effect on us. 
It was an absolute joy curating this set for Rave OM. As I weaved this sound journey together in the humid heat of Thailand, I felt waves of energy flowing through me. Knowing that my community at home would be dancing on a cold cliff in Cornwall feeling the medicine from this transmission. 
How fuckimg wonderful it is to connect with these dancers beyond space, location & time. 
My heart is full yet again 💓

Included here are 5 taster tracks from the band 'Spiral Gathering' (1990-92), written and performed by Chris Ford, Steve Barnes, Thom Bleasdale, Racheal Annetts and Breege Whiten.  The band had a style that mixed rock / metal / pop and industrial vibes at differing times to create a distinctive style which allowed them to stand out from the crowd around the South West music scene of the time.
