Improvised ambient jam, inspired by on-line guided group meditation conducted by esoteric practitioners.
This jam was commenced immediately in the wake of this meditation, in the hope of maintaining some semblance of this valued experience.

and the fire and the cross and the blood and the tear
what we feel and believe what we see what we hear
who we are who we've been how we act and pretend
how we play our role to some dubious end
who we love how we hold onto who shares our life
and the guilt and relieve we depart and arrive
and the wounds and the anguish we recklessly cause
we create we destroy we're behaving like gods

and the carrot and the whip the complaint and the tip
and the tie and the suit, do i stand, do i sit
the impression so important more important than the truth
if the lies are outrageous no one cares about the proof
to convince or divide you are wrong i am right
there is darkness without me providing the light
but i choose what you see and i hide what i want
when you are looking for answers you will find that you can't
so you're looking at me with those hungry big eyes
and you swallow and trust all my selfserving lies
you donate and you chant and you'll fight and you'll kill

I make music sometimes. Usually on my computer with Ableton and whatever cheap VSTs I have on hand, but occasionally in real life too.

I like layered, colorful sounds, weird rhythms, chords with 6s and 7s in them, long ethereal pads, and keyboard solos that no one asked for. I dislike genres, deadlines, consistency, hustle culture, and SoundCloud bots.
