"Energy Storm" is the title track from an EP released in April 2023 on @mnestic_records. 

In addition to the tracks composed by me, there are two remixes, contributed by @milenaglowacka and @vanta_techno. 

The release is available as a 12-inch vinyl record and a digital edition.

"Michal Wolski returns to the label after his appearance on the very first release. With ‘Energy Storm’ he showcases his signature sound by providing two strong original tracks. Joining Wolski on the EP are Leipzig-based producer Vanta and Polish producer Milena Glowacka, who created their own unique take on Wolski's productions. Vanta joins Michal on the A-Side by deconstructing his original work and putting it back together in his dark and swampy style. Milena Glowacka’s energetic take on ‘Energy Storm’ completes the more hard-hitting B-Side".

Confusion presents his first 12 track album on their own Raserei imprint with an extended catalogue of club tools, breaks and three complementing remixes. “Crypto” sets the tone of the release with typical moving bleeps while the title track “Too Late” continues with highly effective drums and synth work. Getting deeper into the album, the sharp drums of “Escape” mark the impact of this collection and “Eleven” turns the vibe to far-reaching perspectives with a spaced-out pad. “Full Mess” completes the original work with mental closing emotions and another IDM-ish break version. Three highly effective remix rollers by LYRIC, Hedström & Pflug and Recursion complete the album.

Our private bandleader, Oscar Mulero, returns strongly to his own label with a complete techno album. This work represents the new edition of the WUBC special series and will be released in both double vinyl and digital formats with an extra song on the zeroes and ones edition.
 
On this occasion, Oscar focuses on the dance floor unceremoniously, except for the required ambient introduction. Throughout the sound journey that involves the continuous listening to the album, the listener is immersed in a complete experience on the dance floor, with the correct doses of mentalism and physical exercise that are required to develop the activity at the highest level.
 
As is tradition in Oscar Mulero's productions, there is a strong classical content, which draws on the original sources of Detroit and Birmingham, but seasoned with that dose of sci-fi that only he knows how to administer with this intensity. If you have followed his performances around the world you will have already been able to enjoy some of these exercises that now you can finally add to your collection.
 
One more piece in the unstoppable discography of one of the fittest exponents of contemporary techno, both on stage and in the studio.

Following on from September's "Sonic Underworld EP" by Shlomi Aber & Kashpitzky, James Ruskin's label delivers another first as Chloe Lula presents her Blueprint Records debut with the "Torpor EP".

Chloe is a resident DJ at Tresor.  She's played at Berghain, Boiler Room, Khidi, Movement weekend in Detroit, and countless clubs, festivals and parties across Asia, Europe, and North and South America alongside artists like Kanding Ray, Helena Hauff and Lewis Fautzi, becoming known for atmospheric, acidic sets that dig deep into the niche recesses of techno.  In addition to her career as a DJ and producer, Lula is a cellist—her debut instrumental full-length will be out on James Ginzburg's Subtext label in November 2024—and the senior producer of Resident Advisor, where she hosts and curates panels and interviews as a broadcast journalist at festivals like Nuits Sonores, Dekmantel, Unsound, Rewire and more.

Her debut on Blueprint, "Torpor" is a reflection of her stylistic evolution, bringing the sounds of ambience and synths into a clean, contemporary techno framework.  A lifelong reader, each track—and the EP's name itself—pays homage to a book or piece of writing that has been influential in her development as a writer and an artist.

Chloe Lula's "Torpor EP" is released 18 October on vinyl and digitally.

Lobularia is the result of a creative process that took months of work in the studio. With an obsessive dedication to structure, detail, and sound design, Jor-G Tortosa has shaped a project where every synthesizer and every rhythmic layer was crafted until reaching its own identity.
The EP delivers three intense and direct cuts, moving between hypnotic atmospheres and raw textures, reflecting the most underground essence of Beat Addiction Trax. “Lobularia” opens with mysticism and power, “Fade to Detune” dives into darker and destabilizing ground, while “Sustance” closes with a visceral pulse built for the dance floor.
