Strongly shaped by deep and groovy techno, Italian artist Alberto Aakira begins his musical journey under several pseudonyms, bringing his sound to his home turf with the DammitPartyGang format.
Only after several years did he create the pseudonym Aakira, influenced by Japanese culture and his hip hop roots, he created a distinctive, fast and minimal sound.
Since 2022 he has been resident for Lyra and has started to take his productions around Europe during his DJ sets, where scratchy textures exchange places with tight rhythms.

Passionate about subgenres like acid techno, hard techno, hard groove, and occasionally trance and breakbeat, he crafts unique sets that blend melody and polyrhythm.
