"Artificial intelligences will practice tourism too" was born of a reflection on artificial intelligence, its creative potential and possible artistic sensibility.
I imagined an AI composing something, so I used a lot of samples for this production, to materialize this reflection around creation by AI, which would be characterized by borrowing and reproducing existing structures. 
Some of the samples chosen are deliberately orientalist, reflecting what might be the inspiration of an AI after discovering cultures that are foreign to it, considering that its creativity was initially dependent on the database specific to its country of manufacture.
A dysfunctional break in the track illustrates what the drops of the future might look like."

Cecca - master of hardware and sonic experimentation - unveils his debut EP: a unique sonic journey, seamlessly crafted to captivate both the mind and the dancefloor. Hypnotic beats and magnetic textures intertwine, carrying the listener far away. 

The EP draws inspiration from the phenomenon of drift in water physics, where, in sailing, balance is maintained by an imaginary yet razor-sharp trail that anchors the boat's forward momentum, preventing it from drifting off course.

Serqai takes on one of his biggest inspirations, Mabel, reimagining “Double Take” through a swingy techno lens. This remix twists Mabel’s already trippy vocals into something hypnotic and unexpected—layered with off-kilter breaks and restless, skipping drums that nod to the sounds of Osmosis Jones, Clifford, and Captain Wallop. The low end refuses to play by the rules; Serqai pushes past 4x4 and two-step conventions to keep listeners off balance and engaged. A track that challenges the mould, reminding us that rhythm doesn’t have to stay inside the box.

Mabel - Double Take (Serqai Remix) - [FREE DL]

‘Rise And Shine’, the first full Ostgut Ton solo release by Substance (aka @Peter-Kuschnereit), sees him fusing his deep, industrial aesthetic with the resonant bass-heavy leanings of his alter ego DJ Pete, as evidenced on the title track’s off-kilter metallic riddims and multiple, interlaced SH-101 and Prophet 5 melodies. From there, potential set-closer “Countdown” blasts off with relentlessly rattling, scraping breaks, hissing German vox and big chords. The compact explorations of “Bird Cave” and “Distance” offer a more atmospheric take on bass and rhythm, while EP closer “Cruising” re-explores the uncanny, Berlin deep techno cosmos Kuschnereit has helped define, this time in denser form.
