Growing up my father always started a phone call with…”hey, did I catch you at a good or bad time?” My three older bothers and I carried this on into our daily lives without really thinking much of it.

Being a daddy’s girl it was hard moving 1,000+ miles away from my momma and dad for about 3 years moving all around the country. During those times I experienced a lot of grief and loss but also a lot of amazing memories out of those emotions this song was written.
