This is one of many early  80's "Garage Band" tracks from Chicago.  While most of the U.S.  had Hip Hop - Treacherous 3 Funky 4 +One, Cassanova Rud and Cold Crush Bros., all we had was Grandmaster Flash. They played almost "0" hip hop, but groups like Magnum Force, Superior Movement, and these sounds from Marin Dumas, could be heard via cassette, odd hours on the radio, or at "sets", or basement parties. Enjoy.
