“Held” chronicles a challenging personal period when I needed to return to something simple. With the artistic limitation of a single piano, I composed and recorded music with the aim of feeling held, heard, and connected. The result is a minimalistic instrumental album, with vulnerability, warmth, and intimacy that sounds almost like you’re sitting inside the piano in my living room. While listening to the music you are experiencing the soft brushing of the hammers, shuffling wood keys, and delicate incidental noises and textures that give a sense of space and detail allowing the piano to sing in a physical and tactile way.

W codziennym zabieganiu trudno nam osiągnąć stan ciszy, moment, w którym możemy poczuć samych siebie. 
Żeby ułatwić ci komfortowe odczucie siebie, nagrałam medytację solfeżową w częstotliwości 963 Hz. Każdy dźwięk, który
pojawia się w utworze, to mój głos. Odwołuję się w ten sposób do pierwotnych metod leczenia wibracją ludzkiego głosu.
Medytacją jest oparta na pulsie o 20-sekundowych interwałach mobilizując w ten sposób ciało fizyczne i energetyczne do
normalizacji naszego tzw. „pierwotnego oddechu”, którego prawidłowy rytm to trzy cykle na sekundę.
Częstotliwość solfeżowa 963 Hz:
- często nazywana „anielską” częstotliwością
- w czasach starożytnych używana jako częstotliwość lecząca ciało, umysł i duszę
- równoważy ciało fizyczne i duchowe, przywraca do swojego pierwotnego, idealnego stanu
- ułatwia odczucie jedności, połączenia z wszechświatem, ze źródlem
- równoważy czakrę korony
- aktywuje szyszynkę
- jeżeli mielibyśmy miłość wyrazić częstotliwością, to jest nią 963 Hz

Nie słuchaj prowadząc auto.
Użyj słuchawek.
Znajdź ciche, spokojne miejsce. Przyjmij wygodną pozycję.
Wsłuchaj się w mój głos. Przywołaj uczucie wdzięczności. Utrzymuj w sobie to uczucie przez całą medytację. 
Oddychaj głęboko.
Kiedy poczujesz, do uczucia wdzięczności dołącz intencję: JESTEM. Wdech…wydech… JESTEM… JESTEM…
Efekt: Poczujesz się wyciszony i zrelaksowany. Podniesiesz swoje wibracje.
