The Russ Liquid Test - FUNK FWD (Feat. Steve Swatkins)

Backstory:  This song features Steve Swatkins (Allen Stone) on talkbox as well as A. J. Hall (Jon Cleary, The Grid) on the drums. I originally sent Swatkins the track with just midi-drums and he laced it with the wicked talkbox... this was probably almost two years ago. Then, I met A.J. Hall at the beginning of this year - He's actually the first drummer to play a show with The Russ Liquid Test. We recorded the drums this past spring at our new studio in New Orleans, "Neutral Sound Studio".
