its a post-ww2 german communist music damnit, germany got split into east and west after the war, and east germany is communist while west germany is democratic, boom, history (correct me if im wrong tho)

I'm from Autria and I can exacly tell what this is, it's a communist Austrian song made in the 1920s after the loss in WW1. During a communist protest in Vienna in 1929 this was sung by Autrian Communists calling out to the government.
