Dreas is part of crew of talented DJs and diggers out of the Chicago area.  He is host of Grand Rapids Soul Club, a DJ night that focuses on lost 70s and 80s modern soul groovers.

This mix was given out at those gigs chock full of Soul, Disco, 2-step, and Boogie mix from Summer 2008.

Aaron Anderson aka Breakself was renowned in the soul 45 circles as a man of knowledge and one with deep crates... especially when it came to his native Detroit area.  Breakself was active in Soul Strut circles and was known to all as generous and chill.  Unfortunately he lost his battle with brain cancer a few years a go, but his spirit lives on in a series of quality, deep mixes.  No beat juggling or blends here, just the presentation of raer.

Dreas is a talented music producer from Grand Rapids, MI who has called Soul Strut home for more than a decade (honorary homie status).  Peep his Heardrums label that issues boutique electronic music on 45.  He is equally as talented unearthing forgotten gems from era past that flirt with such genres as 70s funk, soul, garage, free jazz, Mamas Family.  aquariusNOW does not disappoint.  OK, bye.
