This is a fun house record I wrote with my friend Cosmo Baker. We had the honour of sampling from Jeanette 'Lady' Day's classic "Come Let Me Love You". Montreal-based disco label Unidisc baked the multitrack tapes for us and supplied the original stems. Thank you to Unidisc and Jeanette 'Lady' Day for making this possible! x

SHADOW CHILD & KRY WOLF LAUNCH FOOD MUSIC WITH ‘23 EP’

The South Coast of the UK has bred another 2 successful names in underground music who have joined forces to create a home for a new wave of house, bass and forward thinking creations.. Food.

The label launches with Shadow Child’s own 23 EP, 4 slices of peaktime house led by the infectious title track ‘23’, a collaboration with Tymer. Solo tracks ‘Sensible Haircut’ and ‘The Verdict pt2’ take things deeper with a more edgy sound and a rather smashing remix from label partners Kry Wolf to boot.

Support and airtime so far from notable names such as Eats Everything and Mistajam, carving out solid beginnings.
