FYI: "Hikentai" is a Japanese word that roughly translates to "Subject," and it's a nod to Anya from Spy x Family. TBH, I wouldn't search for the English language nor definition of said Japanese word ["Hikentai"] in a Google Search if I were you. 😬
What do you get if you take a bizarre and nonsensical idea, take a bunch of random (female) anime characters, give them subject codes based on their similarities in terms of traits, looks, and behavior, and package them up in a trait connection via hexagons as an all-in-one trait link to a certain (male) character from a 1992 film? The results will not be as good, LOL.
Aside from that, I started working on this dark ambient piece a couple of days after I finished "Saber In The Rain." The only orchestral instruments used in this piece are the Spitfire Audio ORIG!NALS: Cinematic Frozen Strings VST; everything else uses only one synth instrument to sweeten those strings and Spectrasonics' Distorted Reality sample library (those WATERTANK samples were used by Kevin Manthei on Dead To Rights (2002) and Jeremy Soule on Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets & SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs). Also, judging by the hexagon connection (including the colors) I made for the song's artwork, do you want to take a guess at what it pays homage to? Also, don't let those "unknown" faces on select hexagons next to certain characters fool you. They are just there as part of the trait connection.
