In  this  episode  of  Beyond  The  Pitch,  Juan  kicks  off  his  #MLSMiamiSeries.    In  this  series,  he  will  be  joined  by  various  South  Florida  personalities  that  will  be  talking  about  the  pros  and  cons  of  Miami  Beckham  United  and  the  evolution  of  their  project  in  the  area.    In  this  first  episode,  Juan  is  joined  by  journalist  and  real  estate  lawyer  Grant  Stern  to  talk  about  the  current  problems  that  are  affecting  the  proposals  that  have  been  put  on  the  table  for  various  properties  throughout  Miami.  Grant  goes  in  depth  with  the  latest  goings  on  with  Melreese  Golf  Course  and  what  have  been  the  problems  and  lawsuits  that  are  being  faced  by  this  project  as  they  look  to  be  on  the  November  4th  ballot. Blue Wave trains new activists and experienced community organizers with the goal of getting more Democrats in Florida's state and local offices in addition to supporting candidates in federal and statewide races. It is $25 to attend, which includes lunch.
