Like this vocal lead! It could be a bit stronger in the mix, but the sound itself is nice

Nice- Moogy- Bass! Like the meow-y Lead sound :)

Pretty well transitioned into this section!

intersting intro with that kind of quirky bass line.

I appreciate the changeup towards the end, but with such a strong bass presence thru much of the song it would have been good to hear that take us to a composed ending, rather than a fade out.

I really like this part at the end, but I'm not sure what to make of the part that precedes it.

Riding a zebra in a stairwell

This month's One Synth Challenge is an any synth round so for no apparent reason I've gone for Kilohearts' Phase Plant. Given that this can use any kHs plugin internally, there are very few external plugins used. As is becoming increasingly usual, the title here has nothing to do with the track.

This uses 16 instances of Phase Plant in Tracktion Waveform Pro 13. Surprisingly light on the CPU although it did crash a few times. The following plugins were also used:

- the usual dpMeter, BlueCat Gain3 and KClip3 (rather than Zero as commercial plugins are allowed this month) for Clip to Zero
- SSL Native FlexVerb to try to add a little something to the bass
- Mastering the Mix MIXROOM and BASSROOM for eq
- Minimal Audio Cluster Delay
- Neold U2A on the percussion buss
- Neold Big Al for a wee bit saturation
- Mastering the Mix FASTERMASTER for mastering: don't usually use automated master thingies but as this doesn't mention AI anywhere, I thought I'd give it a go...

There are some Holy Grail style coconut horses in there somewhere.

This song has been sequenced Using my Synthstrom Audible Deluge groovebox for the OSC#198 challenge. Every sound has been made from init with the synth engine of this device. I then imported the stems and recorded additionnal deluge synth sounds using Bitwig. Hope you enjoy!
