The idea behind this collection of tracks is pretty simple. I want to spend no more than 24 hours per track. I get that it's not a lot of time but I'm hoping for a good learning curve. I have some tracks that are over 10 years old and not finished hahaha! so let's try something different :)

So I woke up this morning and felt like something slow and melodic. :)
It all started with dicking around on a keyboard and trying to figure out a tempo I want to work with. Once I had a bit of a melody in mind it came together in about 20 hours. I've been living in Asia for over 10 years and I guess it's rubbing off. I shared the track with some friends and they pointed out that it sounds quite Asian which I didn't hear until I was told about it.

A lot of inspiration for this track came from Bea ( check out link to her profile below and support ). She reached out and we quickly agreed on a colab. She sent me an ableton project I opened it and it was a set of drum tracks. I was hooked! It had this wicked industrial tech sound to it and of course me being the gypsy that I am I quickly found a bit of a tribal sound in it and from there the magic grew! Took about 24 hours, I really struggled with mastering, me and Bea have a very different approach so in the end I had to release it without fully mastering just to meet the 24 hour deadline...
