Shady Grove

Grassy Strings is a duo bluegrass band based in Kolkata, India. Their sound is mostly based on the traditional Bluegrass, Appalachian mountain music and Jazz music, also they often brings many folk influences in their playing from around the world. This is a setup which is formed by two friends, Souvik Hazra who plays guitar and sings for the band and Subhankar Dhar who plays the mandolin.
