Perfect (Duet Cover)

Original song by Hey!Dollface from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bria and Daniel (of GRΔY), Fabian Robles, and Casper Guinn created the band in late 2010 to explore alternative rock after touring around the local music scene for a while in different bands. Eventually, Salina Silver, Carlos DeLeon, and Tony DeLeon came in to fill out the group.

We (Bria and Daniel) were sitting in a coffee bar during the middle of the week when writing the lyrics for "Tomorrow". An intended meaning came out more equivocal than we'd expected, all for the better. Some presume it's a somber message about leaving something or someone behind, while some take it as a call to move beyond the current hardships that life tends to bring and look forward to tomorrow. Either way, it was amazing to see how something so personal and dear to us was able to morph into something even more personal and dear to others. 

We can never put into words the experience this one song has brought. Here we are, so many "tomorrows" from when it was written in 2013. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
