Inheritance (feat. Ellen Renton)

A semi-improvised performance, all on hardware, and inspired by a beutiful dream i had a few weeks ago. The Moog Matriarch is a fantastic machine for sounds like this. The Matriarch's oscillators are bright, its stereo filter adds a lot of colour, and its stereo bbd delay sounds dark and moody. It's fantastic. I switched it on to drone mode for the vca and played over a sampled loop from my DX7. This is the result. :)

Written and performed within a 2-hour period, and uploaded as is, with only a little compression/limiting on the master.
