Residing in Newfoundland this DJ has been mixing for at least 9 years maybe a little longer depending on your definition of being a DJ. I found out he's kind of like me in the sense where he builds his mixes in a different program rather than mixing them together on a deck in a program. He's not sure of the moment that inspired him to start putting mixes together. He briefly ran an online radio show before they were known as podcasts and he thinks that he loved discovering new music and wanted to share his finds while also researching artists and their cities in the process. He's only physically DJed one time outside of VRChat at Shambhala festival but after that he stuck to virtual shows. One major thing about seeing him play is that he is actually mortified of the attention he gets while he's performing - so he specifically crafts his own venues so he can fine tailor his visuals to go along with the music and make sure he's not the focus. While he enjoys playing at other venues in VR - there's always more eyeballs on him than he prefers. 

For today he brought us a mix that he says he can't describe with words, he said that he was in a certain mood that can only be explained by people listening to the mix today. His favorite track on today's mix, and sub sequentially his favorite track of all time that's mostly not electronic is the final track titled Ominous Cloud by Broadcast, which he said is a little bit of a different style than what's in the mix. 

Before DJing he was a professional tree planter and worked in very remote parts of Canada. One hobby he used to enjoy is to choose a random spot on google earth in the mountains of British Columbia that he thought nobody had ever been to and attempt to hike it. He, unfortunately doesn't get to do that much anymore.
