Pakate Records hits release number 20 with a brand-new EP featuring one of the freshest newcomers of the year. With a string of successful releases which culminated in his Hot Creations debut, British talent Goosey has rapidly established himself as one to watch after relocating to Barcelona a couple of years ago, making bomb after bomb right next to Jean Pierre's studio. He now joins Pakate with "Fat Shaker" EP featuring a collaboration with his partner in crime Jamie G and recent Paradise b2b mate FIFI FORTE.

The lead track is indeed a fat dancefloor heater, where a full-bodied bassline drips underneath numerous layers of shakers, hats, rolling percussions, and hypnotic vocal chops, whilst "Body Movement" on the b-side expresses Goosey's signature sound at its maximum, with bubbling bass, electro-ish synths, and rubbery drums.

It's been a while since Antonio Romano's debut EP on La Zic back in March 2024: the cosmos has kept expanding, mutating its structure, and our musical universe has evolved like we would have never expected it before. Now, almost a year and a half later, the label A&R takes the lead once again with "Lonely" EP, which for the first time brings in British unstoppable rising act Joey London Style (Cuttin' Headz, Take Notes) on the remix duties.

Once again, Antonio provides his exquisite, refined, and groovy blend of minimal, dreamy sounds, with more techy, energetic grooves that fuel the three originals from start to finish. As we approach the end of another fantastic year, Tamango Records' 36th release sees Yaya back on the label's throne. This time, he reached the most profound sound boundaries with "Always Talking" EP, which also sees the man himself, Reboot, deliver an impeccable rework. The track closely follows Yaya's rolling standards, with a sleek, propulsive cut built around contagious, evocative vocals, warping bass, and harsh 909 drums. On the flip, Frankfurt's legendary DJ, producer, and musician Reboot (Cecille, Cadenza) takes the track into even deeper territories, staying true to the original while offering a lush take on "Always Talking" for a sharp, floor-focused, hypnotic remix, whether the sun fades or rises in the morning hours.
