I went down the road of the burning tires
Where all I found were broken fires
So I sat down in the middle of my painful desires
Nobody ever tells you what to do with all those wires

All my friends are somewhere between here and there
But I’m in the place where water turns into air
Following fingerprints in old nightmares
I’m a fool to think one day they’ll be repaired

Out there, under and above, somewhere
I will find my place
In between, solid, liquid, air
I will leave a trace

Time shoving between my eyes
I stood up and silently started walking towards blue-lit lights
All around me, inside me, spies
Inside the big city is the only place to hide

By the frozen river
I could feel my heart shiver
If you’re looking for sins I’m a giver
They come to me and I deliver

Out there, under and above, somewhere
I will find my place
In between, solid, liquid, air
I will leave a trace

This morning in the mirror I couldn’t find myself
I’m sure it’s hidden in one of those shells
I picked up 2.000 years ago from under my bed
Where I shall stay forever, dead

Catharsis

I put my vintage jacket on, I cut my hair. I’m heading for this city, we’ll meet down there. At the metro station I see a lot of people and they all look at me like I’m the blood on the needle. And the damage done, I’ve been waiting for a long time, but it’s ok, I’m bright, I shine as clear as the night. If you want to have a conversation, you have my permission, but I’ll stick to my visions.

Heavy boots & heavy beat. Don’t eat the meat, feed off the speed. In new blue jeans, you got some weed, but there’s no time to play their game. You won it all, you’ll win again, and you’ll see all your wasted friends who’ll take the plane to kiss your hand. Don’t bend, don’t bend!
