Ingredients

For the crust: 
1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Ice Water
1/4 tsp Salt

For the filling:
1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Egg Yolks, whisked
4 tbs. Corn Starch
1 tbs. Unsalted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

For the topping
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbs Granulated Sugar
Cinnamon (for sprinkling)


Directions
1) Preheat oven to 375 F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
2) Stir in the iced water a little bit at a time, until the dough comes together and you are able to form a ball. Wrap the ball of dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours.
3) Using a pastry roller, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch pie tine and press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the tin. Cut off excess. Add pie weights or dry beans to keep the crust from warping.
4) Bake the crust by itself at 375 degrees F for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, remove the pie weights, and set aside.
5)  Time to start on the filling. Bring a double boiler on medium heat until the water is simmering. In the top bowl, combine the milk, cream, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Stir the mixture using a whisk and keep stirring until the mixture thickens, about 4-5 minutes. If you don't have double boiler, use this method for a makeshift one.
6) Whisk in the egg yolks, pouring them in slowly. Continue to whisk constantly until the mixture thickens to almost the consistency of pudding, about 2-3 minutes.
7) Remove from heat, then add the butter and vanilla and stir some more, until both are completely incorporated.
8) Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
9) Bake pie at 375 F for another 7 minutes, then remove from oven.
10) Let the pie cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set. When it's almost done cooling, prepare the whipped cream: Add the cream and sugar into a mixing bowl and whip with hand mixer until you are able to form peaks. Be careful not to over-whip.
11) Spread whipped cream on top of the chilled pie and finish with sprinkled cinnamon.

The Ice-E's pizza box that once formed his Light World body is now beyond recognition, and he struggles to cling onto any semblance of an identity. The Church deemed him a crazed heretic for his hatred of Lightners, banishing him deep within the GreiveYard. Now, he is nothing more than a legend. A folktale. There is only one thing left to do now that the kids who killed him all those years ago have wandered right into his lair. He will get his revenge. No matter what... Plus he's got some extra anger because Noelle did a couple of SNOWGRAVES (Someone put that in glowing red text please).

Flowey takes Papyrus's role. She's got herself her own radio program and filled it with "controversial" and "edgy" opinions which feebleminded sheeple can't handle (okay, glorified conspiracy theories). She isn't very well liked by the masses, or by the monarchy, yet somehow nobody's been able to catch her. She'll show them all the TRUE meaning of this world... Even if nobody wants to hear it.

Flowey, at this point, has been spared and talked out of trying to destroy the entire world. It sounds a lot better in theory than it does in practice. After reaching out in such a way, Chara is now someone who she considers a genuine friend. Someone who genuinely understands the pain she's gone through. Someone who genuinely wants to help her.

As it turns out, while Flowey and Chara find breaking into a private government compound extremely enjoyable, the Monarchy doesn't find it that amusing. At all. It seems they view it as trespassing, breaking and entering, misusing government-owned technology, impersonating government officials, misinformation, slander, high treason... 
Enough to put our dynamic duo in jail for the rest of their lives. They should get the hell out of there! Go go go go go!!!
