Haven't heard of aerial silk? Aerial fitness (also called aerial hammock or aerial yoga) is a type of airborne fitness that is practiced in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body weight, instead of stretched out across a mat laying on the floor. 
Unlike traditional yoga, which focuses specifically on yoga, aerial fitness incorporates elements of other exercises, too—all while working to defy gravity. The benefits of this defying gravity activity include releasing tension, increasing balance and proprioception (bodily awareness), enhancing core strength, improving breath awareness, releasing endorphins and many more.

The rāga saga is a series that acts as a cultural collectiva of our favourite artists from all over, Each raga is an array of melodic structures with musical motifs, considered in the Indian tradition to have the ability to "colour the mind" and affect the emotions of the audience and this journey (raga) comes from my brother and so very tasteful @baawra , his tastes have had an influence on mine and my so very happy to have him string a bead in this thread of stories <3

Baawra is a word from the hindi language. It is a thrilling word and it means SILLY as a boy and girl in love would utter to each other. BAWARAY NAIN, which means those eyes which the lover sees. So loose yourself in love with this story from Baawra.
