Green Tangerines blend the distinctive sound of 70s Jazz-Funk with contemporary influences to create a brand of Jazz for the 21st century. Green Tangerines move together musically as a school of fish, never complacent and always stretching the boundaries of improvisation and composition. Whether performing original music or standards, they draw from each member’s musical experiences to create their unique genre-bending sound. Comprised of a stellar group of musicians – saxophonist and vocalist Sarah Sands, trumpet player Sam Taylor, guitarist Jack O’Hanlon, bassist Fran Mills and drummer, Tom Hudson.
