This joint is all about how people can take advantage of your kindness and then turn around and treat you like you're the bad guy. You know what I'm talking about - you show up on time and everyone else is late, but if you're the one who's late they act like you're the problem. And don't even get me started on when people don't follow through with their promises, but then expect you to come through for them every time.

The song is all about flipping the script and imagining what it would be like if you did the same things to others that they do to you. Would they still look at you the same way? Or would they finally realize how messed up their behavior is?

And get this - the inspiration for the song came from a real-life situation. Hood Rawlz was just sitting there with the beat when he got a message from someone he hadn't heard from in three years. This person owed him an apology, but instead of owning up to their mistakes, they tried to blame Hood Rawlz for stuff that wasn't even his fault. It was like they were accusing him of stealing or something. Hood Rawlz was pissed, but he channeled that anger into this sick track.

This song came about by pure will. I literally was like, I'ma make some west coast shit in honor of the memories and the love showed me when I frequented there as a young artist. I even lived in various hoods coming up there in the business. Once Woosaa made the beat, then I was like, I need a west coast collab on this and not a day later I hooked up with an old west coast artist friend from back in those days who was a rapper way before I became one. It was meant to be and so we made "Dippin'" and "Look at me Now".
