On the pilot episode of Mount Olympus, a new quarterly (or whenever they feel like it) wrestling history podcast, Kelly, Johnny and Pete discuss Sammartino: The Legend Lives, a recent collection added to the WWE Network. The boys look at old favorites, and some old less-than-favorites, while breaking down a selection of matches from the collection. People complain about the Mae Young Classic having bad commentary. Please. It's nothing compared to the nightmare team of Gene Goodson and Armand Hussian from this episode. This is BAD commentary, folks. Pete, Johnny, and Kelly try to ignore it long enough to analyze the action, which features Richard Blood (not one of the great Richard Blood's, but he's alright), Jose Lothario, Big Daddy Bundy, Bugsy McGraw vs. Al Madril in an American title match, Larry Higgins (?), Tony Torrez (???) and El Negro Assassin (?!?!?!?). Sit back and enjoy another waltz across Texas with the boys!

Pete, Kelly, and Johnny are present for the dawn of a new era, but the old era still has some fight left in it, led by good ol' Al (Madril) and his 70s All-Star Band.  Plus we have an even stranger time warp as GORGEOUS GEORGE (Grant) and the NATURE BOY (not Rogers or Flair) are live and in black and white from the 1950s! Pete, Kelly, and Johnny get together to discuss a really fun episode of WCCW TV, climaxing with an awesome match between Kevin Von Erich and the Great Kabuki that is crazy heated and features wild outside the ring action. In addition, we have Tom Shaft and Ken Mantell squashed like the worthless bugs they are by Bundy and Bugsy, Good Ol' Al with another ** humdinger, and Gary Hart promising brutal things to be delivered by the man from MA-COW.
