Most of the songs on this album were recorded in the several bedrooms of Brit Janeway Benjamin in 2013 and 2014. Tracks #1 and #3 were recorded at Cosmic Zoo in Los Angeles, California. Track #9 is a cover of a song written by John Thill. The Lady Cave album name was picked over lunch at Canter’s Deli with inspiration from Patrick Owens and Aron Eisenberg.
