South America Avenue welcomes Venezuelan producer Juan Andrade, who makes his debut on the label with the EP "Garden of Dream"—a subtle, introspective, and melodic release framed within the contemporary language of progressive house.

The title track, Garden of Dream, immerses us in a delicate sonic landscape, with floating harmonies, soft atmospheres, and a controlled groove that supports the emotional narrative.
It is followed by Voices, a deeper and more immersive piece, where percussive elements and melodic details intertwine to create an elegant and continuous flow.

With this release, Juan Andrade brings a refined and sensitive perspective to the label's catalog, clearly showcasing both his artistic potential and his affinity with the South America Avenue sound.

Madloch's 3rd Avenue proudly presents Impulse Control, the label debut from Sri Lankan producer Maithree. After first appearing on our Future Avenue Spring Sampler 2025, followed by a full EP on Future Avenue and a recent feature on Balkan Connection, Maithree now steps onto 3rd Avenue with a deep and melodic original that shows his evolving sound and refined production approach.

The release is completed by three fresh reworks from Shamika, Paul Boychev, and Vote for Pedro, each offering a distinctive perspective, from hypnotic and atmospheric to more driving and groove-focused.
