Velten Doering aka Dirty Doering was born in Leipzig in 1978,
but grew up in the Black Forest in southern Germany.
He started DJing professionally at the age of 19, and soon followed his career to Berlin.
He rose quickly as a part of the club and underground scene in Berlin, and
soon the most influential locations such as "BAR25" (resident),...
"Watergate", "Tresor", "Club 103", "Arena", "HomeSweetHome","Bachstelzen","Rote Sonne",
"Maria" and "Weekend" became the places to frequently see Dirty Doering
playing his sexy electronic dance sound.

Performances of his interpretation of the Berlin sound followed at the
"Fusion" and "Melt!" festivals (Germany), Studio88 (France), Nadsat (Kopenhagen)
"Fabric" (London), "Sonar" Festival (Spain),"Klubbers Day" (Madrid) and many more international locations and events.
In addition to his DJ tours, back in Berlin, he continued with other related activities.

Together with his DJ colleague André Gardeja, he successfully ran the famous DJ record "freizeitglauben" for several years.
He set up a well known party series, the "labradorbar", among others.
In 2006 he founded the label "ALLYOUCANBEAT" with Housemeister.

Then he created the label "Rauschenbach Music" under which he producedes his own releases.
He has created remixes for artists such as Housemeister, Oliver Koletzki, Chilly Gonzales, Nicone, Console, Bonaparte, and more.
One of his biggest hits is "I Would" on the bar25 label (bar25 015).

I thank Südpol Hamburg from the bottom of my heart for their many years friendship and trust. The same thanks also goes out to the Fusion Festival and especially to all of you, because without you it would never have been such an unforgettable night <3

Die Aufnahme entstand am 27.06. zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr auf der Turmbühne des Fusion Festivals in Lärz. Danke an Hannah Hermann für die Aufnahme! Da so viele von Euch nach dem Set gefragt haben, lade ich es hier hoch - auch wenn nichts den zauberhaften Moment mit über zwanzigtausend friedlich feiernden Menschen auf den Wiesen und den Hügeln ersetzen kann. Solche Erinnerungen bleiben für immer und werden ewig in uns leuchten, uns erfreuen, uns erhellen.

Nach 17-jähriger Abwesenheit war es ganz wunderbar, diesen so wertvollen Ort der Utopie wiederzuerleben. Ein Ort, an dem Menschen wieder wirklich mit sich und ihren Mitmenschen in Resonanz treten. Ein Ort, an dem aus einer egozentrierten Umwelt wieder eine Mitwelt entstehen kann. Ein Ort, an dem getanzt und das Leben zelebriert wird – nicht aus Trotz, sondern als Antwort. Ein Ort, an dem verstanden wird, dass kollektives Feiern kein sinnloser, hedonistischer Eskapismus ist, sondern der soziale Klebstoff unserer Gesellschaft. Ein Ort, an dem nicht geurteilt und verurteilt wird, an dem man versteht, wie wichtig Vielfalt ist und dass sie ein uraltes Grundprinzip zum Erhalt des Lebens ist. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und werde wiederkommen, wahrscheinlich schneller als in 17 Jahren.

Full of gratitude, we bow down to the best festival crew of all, and the most loyal audience one could wish for.

Nation Of Gondwana 2025 - Wiese Opening

It´s been a full 12 months since Gregor Tresher released his "As Days Go By" ep on Ovum and a year that has seen him preparing, releasing and touring his excellent artist album "Lights From The Inside." His previous Ovum double-header was a secret weapon for those that received it in time for last years Miami week and what better a way to prepare for this years than to drop the latest brace from our great friend. 

"I see Ovum as a home for my music (besides Break New Soil of course) and it´s a great thing to be able to release on the label, as I´ve been a fan for many years. I kind of feel at home there, because the label isn´t bound to a particular style of electronic music but has a wide range and that´s something I strive for as an artist as well" says Gregor. 

This latest release also marks the third and possibly final in his 'Days' series, with "For Many Days To Come" following 2010's "95 Days" and of course last years "As Days Go By." The lead cut here is a teasing little jitterbug with a skittish groove and delicate piano riff, whilst on the flip "Throwing Faces" is tasty little firecracker. 

"The crowd you hear on “Throwing Faces” is not a random sample, but the actual Berghain crowd. I recorded them when I played live there last summer. It was one of the best gigs in my career so far, so I thought it might be nice to immortalise it in this way." 

Gregor has delivered yet another heavyweight release for us here at Ovum and following up Luca Bacchetti's sun-soaked "On The Moon" ep, we are now set and ready for the Florida sunshine... Lets roll!
