GHP006 :: GRENZ House Party :: 27.03.21

The GRENZ House Party has reached its 10th show! What started out as a random livemix for family and friends struggling with isolation over lockdown at Christmas has grown steadily into this today. Thank you everyone tuning in for your support so far - it means a lot!

So to make this show special I made it 3 hours, and have a guest DJ feature for an hour - Jules Alaneme.
I only met Jules a few months ago randomly on an incident conference call at work. It didnt take long to realise we had quite similar interests in music and all the associated geekery, so seemed like the obvious choice for first guest DJ on the show! Hope you enjoy his mix - I thought it was brilliant myself! I'm sure you'll be seeing more from him in future.

Dirty Sessionz GRENZ guest mix : Ribble FM / Blackburn FM : 07.06.24

What a phenomenal show this one was! 3 months had passed since the previous show for various reasons but what it did give me time to do is crack the nut of achieving a decent hybrid DJ show set up which I can now build on for future live shows.

This show marked the first time I road tested it in a live environment and I will be developing it more in the coming months so look out for enhancements!

The best thing about this show was the sheer build up of great music that I had a chance to unload in one go, my mum hanging out with me while the show was on, and the turnout - the numbers watching live this time were through the roof! Awesome! Great to have you on board!

Ryan first set out producing in 2003, writing and releasing trance tracks through the decade for A State of Trance, Monster Tunes, Eve Records, Motion Recordings and Gesture Music.

Returning again in 2019 producing tech house, breaks and techno, and started GRENZ House Party in Jan 2021 - an eclectic feast of house, breakbeat and techno, accompanied by some crazy visuals.

The show is paused at the moment, but Ryan can still be heard loud and proud at his residency on Brendan Haywoods Dirty Sessionz show which goes out on FM and DAB radio as well as ribblefm.com.
