Sarah is a multidisciplinary creative professional with a long history in independent music scenes. Her background includes creative direction, marketing strategy, digital consulting, music industry research and writing, live music photography, and dabbling in online music zines and DIY record labels.
Originally from Portland, she currently resides in DFW, TX by way of Memphis, TN, with many stops in between. She's particularly drawn to projects focusing on underground counterculture and socioeconomic matters for the creative working class.

In 2010, Eric started DJing and producing electronic music, shortly before co-founding a bass music collective in his hometown of Tampa, FL. Since then he's produced and done marketing for shows and festivals around central Florida, in Boulder, CO, and Dayton, OH (where he lives now). He’s also a core Grey Matter contributor.

A core contributor to The LexDAO Legal Engineering Guild, Kyle heads the business development and founded LexClinic, the apprenticeship DAO within the Lex+ family training the next generation of legal engineers and crypto-lawyers with on-the-job experience. He is also one of the co-founders of LexBlock, which is a consultation and project management solution for legal engineering, spun out of LexDAO to meet critical but unaddressed demand.

Kyle has a background in enterprise music rights management, and is an avid polymath, focusing on scaling the legal engineering profession via scientific & mathematical rigor, automation & disintermediation, and code-is-law. He enjoys rock climbing and running as well as singing, playing guitar and picking mandolin.
