Surreptitious Tohubohu

Surreptitious Tohubohu(Extended Version)

This is the first track I have used VSTs on. Most notable is the Synth1, the F_4Evar, the mda piano and the 4 Front Bass. I mostly wanted to see if I could make my own sounds with them and then use them in a song. After a while, the 4Eva instrument (that really fuzzy guitar-sounding thing) reminded me of the synthesized guitar the Mega Drive used to have. Also, 16 B&Bs were used during this song! Goddamn! Can you find them all? Anyway, enjoy.

And it's finished at last. I put quite a lot of work and ideas into it and I am happy it turned out the way it did. And yes, there is some kind of homage to Meshuggah towards the end. Hope you enjoy!

Now Everything

This is what happens when you get enough ideas for a whole song at 1 am. It is one weird track.

Also, I am really satisfied with everything that comes after 2:26, since that stuff is ideas I had before I started making music and I didn't have the ability to replicate them into a song up until now.

Making music in a program called lmms. These are the VSTs I usually use during songs:

Two instances (one rhythm and one for lead) of DVS Guitar (With the TubeBaby/Ace VST acting as an "amp" (and sometimes with the Pitchproof VST)
Two instances of Drumkit1, because the kickdrums are too quiet compared to all the other drum sounds
4Front Bass Module for bass
and Synth1 for electronic-y stuff
