I have finally decided to record my set from Club!Ajz. Unfortunately, the recording device's memory card was missing that night, but it was worth going back there, and luckily, it was possible; thanks to the track history!

For me, that night was also an emotional rollercoaster because this year has brought so many events that I processed in this closing set. DJing is not only about picking up the vibes of the dancers but also projecting my own emotions. I'm fascinated by how we show only what we want others to see every day and how it turns into the opposite at night.
I love playing with contrasts and apparent contradictions, and I think you can hear that a little. Additionally, I unexpectedly chose many tracks with vocals, probably to emphasize it with lyrics.

So, enjoy listening.
I sincerely thank all the dancers, organizers, and amazing producers whose tracks repeatedly transport the emotions in my sets in this way.

2023, you're almost over and you had everything to offer. What can I say? Loss, sadness, joy and confidence, I call you my friends. I have grown and collected incredible memories, negative and positive, for eternity.

Since I haven't uploaded any sets for a long time, I'll be adding a bit more output over the next few months to give you an overview of my styles. This mix captures my passion for acid and psychedelic house, mixed with a few breaks for variety. I've had this long upload break because I often struggle with my perfectionism, but jump over that shadow for once... So have fun listening to this hour of twisted melodies.

I've started this year with some ups and downs and it feels like a lot is transforming in my life right now. I felt the same way that night and, looking back, I find these emotions reflected in the set.

It's always a special moment for me to return to Waldfrieden because it's right in the heart of my birthplace. I associate many bad memories with my youth, but only good ones with this special place, which also marks the beginning of my journey into the world of electronic music. It was all the more emotional for me to have played at this festival for the first time. Thanks to Heike for the invitation and "bis bald im Wald - see you soon in the forest".
