James "Jamie" Watts resides just outside Philadelphia in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Jamie was classically trained as a pianist from the age of 4 through college. He later focused on sound synthesis, began work as a sound designer and an internationally touring electronic music composer, followed by a developing interest in the acoustic and mechanical properties of pianos. He has created a vast collection of music and worked with numerous artists around the world. His repertoire includes releases on the Canadian Thoughtless Music label, Austin-based Harmonious Discord, Israeli label Aleph-Zero, and German label Dependent Records. Since 2002, he has toured extensively, headlining gigs at festivals like Decibel Festival in Seattle, Lab30 in Germany, MUTEK in Canada, Electric Poncho in Mexico, and Strawberry Fields in Australia. When not making music, he can be found backpacking deep in remote wildernesses like The Canyonlands, Loyalsock, and Monongahela. He is an avid birdwatcher and a staunch conservationist committed to defending the planet.

This global psychedelicatessen of elevating, knotty, percolating, pulsing and squidgy bassliness is woven with a smorgasbord of flavor. Low-end basscapades, traditional horn lines and global soundplay all meet up with  the skank and stutter of dub reggae vibes while they mesmerizingly entangle with psychedelic sound design. Late 2018 in The Peoples Theater Honokaa, enthusiastic ecstatic dancers came from all over the island to take this journey. 

Big shout out to Suelang and Eden from the Sea DandeLion Cafe in Honokaa who host these events for the love of it... and also make dope fresh local sourced food and beverages in their cozy cafe.

griff is one of Australia’s leading purveyors of highly varied and unique bass music.  Since 2009, griff has created many LPs, EPs and remixes, released on renowned labels such as Omelette, Addictech, Enig'Matik Records, Slurp Music and Buxton Records.  

As an assistant engineer at Sing Sing Studios in Melbourne, Australia he worked on albums by The Cat Empire, The Jon Butler Trio, Blue King Brown, The Dirty Three and many more. 

Playing his original compositions and DJing all manner of styles and genres he has toured the world moving crowds at festivals such as Shambhala Music Festival in Canada, Boom in Portugal, Symbiosis and Burning Man in the US and Rainbow Serpent Festival in his home country of Australia. 

He enjoys laughing and is uncomfortable talking in the 3rd person.
