Founder of the label VIXLATIXN, EVE is a Techno & HardTechno DJ and producer from Tokyo. 

Born in the suburbs of Seoul, EVE’s received a classic music formation and won several national competitions as a saxophonist at the age of 10. By her 20’s she became addicted to dance music, and discovered the charm of the dark, trippy and hypnotic sounds of synthesizers. She then delved from Ambient, Deep Techno, Dark Electro to Hardcore, and found a way to express her deep and dark inner self from her delicate fingertips. After starting to mix techno and hardtechno in 2021, she made her debut as a DJ at FUJI Rock Festival 2022.

Much like her first track released on VIXLATIXN V.A. Vol 1, her DJ sets are brutal, deep, hypnotic and hard, resonating throughout Tokyo as she runs her own "VIXLATIXN" and "TRAPEZE" events. By DJing and organizing her events, she brings her work to the endeavor and the will of spreading the HardTechno and rave culture all across Tokyo.

Vera moro is a dj and performer from Brussels. After being immersed in pop music while growing up in northern Italy, she moved to Chily where she was introduced to reggeaton, a richer and more diverse music genre not yet popular in Europe. Mixing a variety of Psytrance, hard tech, and acid, Vera considers her sets as real performances, where she enjoys lypsynching in a process of visibility and welcoming people FLINTA to feel comfortable enough to express themselves as they wish. 
Her collective Shaki Stream works in this sense by hiring queer people in its process of creating transmedia art.

Once upon a time, there lived a young DJ named AF who loved music more than anything in the world. He was playing at parties and clubs, but every night he went to bed dreaming of becoming the most strong DJ of all time.



One night, as he was about to drift off to sleep, he heard a strange noise coming from the corner of his room. It sounded like a low thumping bass. AF was curious and got out of bed to investigate.

When he looked in the corner, he saw a magical Dj controler lying there! He was so excited that he immediately picked it up and started playing. As he played, the walls of his room began to glow with different colors and shapes.

Suddenly, a voice spoke out of nowhere and said "You have been chosen to be the world's Strongest DJ! 

Here, take this magical controler and use its power to play the most amazing music ever heard!"

AF took the controler and from then on his music was more magical than ever! He would play in club and festivals all over the world, and everywhere he went people were mesmerized by his music.

At the end of each night, AF would return home to play his magical controller until he fell asleep. He was living his dream of becoming the world's greatest DJ thanks to his magical controler !

Griffes d'Anges Showcase : STRONG DJ AF

Through a combination of DJing and producing techniques - oftently considered as completly opposite ones - Uzza plunges the listener into the path to a destructive thought of any binary scheme, intrinsic to human thought. The environment proper to any human one, the framework in which anybody thinks, is supposed to seem calming. Because it is a closed space, and protective one with regard to the outside - by definition - the human one builds any thought in a mythical way on the basis of the opposition, and the categorization. This framework, reflected by atmospheric and restful sounds, tends to collapse in favor of an unstable space. And this, when the thought admits that any form of binarity is only an obstacle to the seizure of the whole. The awareness that unity – thought based on the 'whole' consideration - opens up to an infinity of environment conceptions, is pushing to deconstruct every antagonism, from the most daily to the most axiomatic one. This uncertain but flexible space opens the way to introspection, expressed here in a hybrid combination of antinomic, rhythmic and sometimes tribal sounds. Like a rebirth, the human one realizes then that the surrounding categorizations are hiding any unity reality form in which anybody is finally only an uncertain part. The need to dissolve any binarity is then imposed. The outcome of this path results in an awakening, from which the conception, as an undefined and infinitely modulable unity, is possible ; It is an awakening from which one finally perceives the surrounding and oppressive stagnation - with apocalyptic tendencies - led by any form of dichotomy.

A travers la combinaison du mix - DJing - et de techniques de production musicale, techniques souvent opposées, Uzza plonge l’auditeur dans le cheminement vers une pensée destructive de tout schéma binaire intrinsèque à la pensée humaine. 
L’environnement propre à tout être, cadre dans lequel l’on se pense, se veut apaisant. Car il s’agit d’un espace clos, et protecteur vis-à-vis de l'extérieur par définition, l’humain fonde ainsi de manière mythique toute pensée sur la base de l’opposition, de la catégorisation.
Ce cadre, reflété par des sonorités atmosphériques et reposantes, tend à s’écrouler au profit d’un espace instable. Et ceci, lorsque la pensée admet que toute forme de binarité n’est qu’une entrave à la saisie du tout. La prise de conscience que l’unité - pensée construite sur le tout - ouvre vers une infinité de conceptions de l’environnement, pousse ainsi à déconstruire tout antagonisme, du plus quotidien au plus axiomatique. Cet espace incertain, mais modulable, ouvre le chemin à l’introspection, ici exprimée en un ensemble de sonorités antinomiques, plus rythmées et parfois tribales. Telle une renaissance, l’on réalise alors que les catégorisations environnantes cachent la réalité de l’unité dans laquelle l’on est finalement que partie incertaine. La nécessité de dissoudre toute binarité s’impose alors. L'aboutissement de ce chemin résulte en un éveil, depuis lequel la conception, comme unité non définie et infiniment modulable, est possible. Éveil depuis lequel l’on perçoit finalement le marasme environnant et oppressant, à tendance apocalyptique, conduit par toute forme de dichotomie.

GRIFFES D’ANGES SHOWCASE : SHANNEN BLESSING 

Shannen Blessing is a young DJ & producer hailing from the east coast of Ireland. She has been going strength to strength within recent years, quickly becoming a favourite on Irish dancefloors and cementing her name within the Berlin techno scene.
She has supported acts such as Dax J, DVS1, Sunil Sharpe and Jeff Mills to name a few. As well as receiving shows in Vancouver, Glasgow, Berlin, Belfast, Dublin and more with acclaimed techno institutions Teletech, Shine, Index, SWG3, Remise & more. Shannen has also performed twice at the infamous HÖR Berlin.
Shannen’s been honing in on a sound that is centered around bouncing rhythms, jerking style synth lines and tongue n cheek style vocals. Her discography so far seems to be an ode to classic ghetto techno, while also intertwining her signature churning techno grooves.
With a keen interest in paying homage to the origins of the art form, Shannen enjoys playing vinyl whilst also keeping up with her incredibly unique and hard hitting underground sound.

Après ses 2 premiers EP, anyoneID sort chez Blanc Manioc le
single “Abissa”, en collaboration avec l'artiste ivoirienne Asna,
qu’ils ont clipé en Côte d'Ivoire (2022). Il a ensuite sorti un EP de
dancehall “Nah Trust Dem”, avec le chanteur XL Mad chez Numa

With this audio production mixing DJing and production know-hows, Uzza illustrates the decadent path towards the “last human”, a path from which modern humans cannot escape. By erasing a calming atmosphere in favor of an oppressive and almost chaotic atmosphere, the loss of values ​​as well as the loss of any discernment capacity of the modern humans are highlighted here, heralding the assured “death of God” as a cancellation of all idol worship.

L’homme moderne, principalement caractérisé par un hédonisme maladif, est constamment en recherche de confort et de sécurité. Par cette recherche sûrement infinie, il s'éloigne alors de tout sens, toutes valeurs, et devient le “dernier homme”, tel que Nietzsche le qualifie.
A travers cette production audio mêlant mix (DJing) et techniques de production, Uzza illustre le chemin décadent vers le “dernier homme”, chemin auquel l’homme moderne n’échappe point. En effaçant une atmosphère apaisante au profit d' une atmosphère progressivement oppressante et presque chaotique, est ici mis en avant la perte de valeurs ainsi que le perte de toute capacité de discernement de l’homme moderne, annonciatrices d’une “mort de Dieu” certaine, suppression de toute adoration des idoles.

Juste S puise son inspiration dans une variété de styles musicaux tels que la house, la techno, le break, la funk, la UK bass ou encore l'hip hop pour créer ses sets. Co-fondatrice et résidente de la Taquinerie, elle incorpore habillement les caractéristiques qui lui plaisent de chaque genre afin de construire l’atmosphère qu’elle imagine dans sa tête.

Que se soit dans un club, lors d’un festival ou simplement en écoutant sa musique chez soi, elle cherche à créer une expérience immersive où le corps et l’esprit peuvent se connecter à travers le pouvoir libérateur de la danse et de la musique électronique.

Pour ce podcast, elle a imaginer une construction et une partie de ce qu'elle aime écouter qu'elle n'a jamais réellement montrer encore en podcast. Elle joue la carte de l’éclectisme toujours marqué par des rythmes qui changent et qui caractéristiques mon style.

Miel est une chanteuse et musicienne hors pair. Son art de prédilection étant le chant, elle forge d’abord sa culture musicale autour du jazz, de la bossa, de la soul, du hip-hop et de la pop. En grandissant, elle découvre en elle l’amour de la danse. 
Ce n’est que plus récemment qu’elle décide de se former au DJing, qui l’ouvrent à de nouveaux genres musicaux tels que la house, le baile funk, ou encore la techno. Elle puise dans ses inspirations premières pour créer un set à la fois éclectique et cohérent, en prenant soin de glisser ses dernières trouvailles. A présent, dans cette volonté de partager l’amour de soi qui émane d’une selecta riche et diverse, Miel vous fait découvrir une nouvelle facette de son art avec une selecta club, chaude et rhythmée.

Formée au chant lyrique et à la musicologie aux États-Unis, @leahdj a troqué les partitions classiques pour les platines une fois installée en France. Fascinée par les textures glitchy, les rythmes déstructurés et les harmonies dissonantes, elle développe un univers sonore à la croisée de l’expérimental et du club.

Dans ce mix pour Griffes d’Anges, elle signe un retour affirmé derrière les platines après une parenthèse consacrée à la production.
