Lambo Day Dreamin

Born in Toronto, ON raised in Chicago, IL. Griffin Bars is best described as a lyrical rapper who began making music in early 2011. While beginning to explore the music industry, Griffin faced many hardships as a teen such as school and legal troubles and the death of his father at age 14.  In 2012 Griffin would be remanded into the custody of the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services and placed in a group home for the remainder of his juvenile life. Spending most of his time in the foster care system at Lutherbrook,  a group home in Addison, IL for troubled youth. Influenced by his experiences in the foster care system, plus the lyrics and success of rappers such as Lil Wayne, Tech N9ne, Hopsin and Mac Miller. After gaining traction on the internet in 2017, Griffin began performing at live events across the Midwest which ultimately landed him a spot on two national tours in 2018 and 2019.
