As an organizer, Crafts is emerging as one of the most innovative curators in the United States, bringing in numerous acts for US and California debuts. Relying on word of mouth rather than advertising, his events combine the best of underground music culture with forward-thinking aesthetics and professional production. He is a former curator of the long-running California campout Priceless, a member of the Shika Shika artist collective and label, and founder of the Strategic Reserve event series.
