This reminds me of a piece from balence... Crystal minuete maybe? 

Woah that transition! Now it is mich more reminicent of The Water. I love it. Creepy. It gives a stark contrast to the bittersweet sound of the first half. 

God I love transitions like this, going from "Oh this is a nice winter's day, gotta love the holidays- Oh boy something's off OH GOD"
