Running 180

An instrumental "Running Song" perfect for long distance running.  Did you know that 180 strides per minute is the average world-class distance runner's cadence?  This song is recorded at 90 beats per minute, double your stride rate and you'll be flying at a cool 180 strides per minute.  I recorded this to replace my beeping metronome.  It is much better to run to.  Feel free to download and give it a run :)

A lyrical version is coming soon as this is the backing track for a new "griptive" song I am currently working on.  The song will most likely be called "You Know", but as the artist I reserve all rights to change the name of my future song ;)

Also, if you are out running to this song and you come up with some great lyrics, feel free to let me know about them.  No guarantees, but maybe I can incorporate some of your lyrics into the final version of this song.  If I decide to use any of your lyrics, of course I'll comment at that part of the song and thank you specifically, giving you the credit for the lyrics when I upload my final track on soundcloud.com
