This is a sampler for my Homenaje a Sabicas CD, an album that features some of my personal favorites of Sabicas, who domineered my childhood journey into flamenco.​

Sabicas was one of the leading flamenco guitarists in the 20th century, and one of the greatest virtuosos of all time.  He introduced many new guitar techniques to flamenco, combining elements of romance, classical harmonies, and delicate styling into his compositions. Most importantly, Sabicas concertized flamenco guitar in major theaters and concert hall presentations, a tradition which I am also continuing to preserve. ~ Grisha Goryachev
