Says IllSkillz, “After my 'Smash the Parade LP' on Steve Aoki's label Dim Mak, the 'Straylight EP' is my first release on a UK based Electro House / Dubstep label. Since I've been a fan of Zomboy, SKisM and the Never Say Die music for quite a while now, I feel greatly honored to be able to put out my new music through No Tomorrow."

"The four EP tracks were created over the last 3-4 months in a well-known Vienna based studio. I felt like moving to a bigger place to create this EP, and I think this reflects in the music. For me, making music is all about moving forward, new places, new melodies and new experiences."

"The title track 'Straylight' sums up what this EP is all about; centering around catchy melodies quite intricate in the construction, but at the same time incorporating hard hitting beats for the dance floor. To keep things simple, I've stuck to Electro House for this release, even though I also make Drum and Bass and Dubstep."

"I want to make music that can be enjoyed in different scenarios, be it at home hanging out with your friends, in the car, or going crazy in a club or a festival. I hope I have achieved this with the 'Straylight' EP!"

KOAN SOUND - Eastern Thug (Neosignal Remix)

Mad Liberation is a collection of songs that I have been working on for the past year that ranged from mostly original compositions to varied sample work (retro vinyl recordings and new all original recordings); digital synthesis that took me weeks to master; to live instrumentation tediously and soulfully recorded by myself and some of my very good friends. 

This collection of noise - to me - became an album, a sound in a whole, an idea free from limits of thought and more an idea of the heart and soul. Mad Liberation is a piece of me that is representative of my past, breathes life into my present, and is a taste of the future. 

I don't have fancy recording equipment, amazing speakers, crazy keyboards, complicated sample packs, proper studio time, cutting edge midi controllers, or outboard mixing gear. 

What I do have is an endless imagination of the future/now, unrelenting will, constant fascination, and a heart that has no capacity to stop loving and trying. 

This business - when you boil it down - is not about the machine, but about the man. Even electronic music is humanistic. We breath life into these dead things to make them whisper and ROAR!! I am inspired by that fact, and this is what sets me free.

Big Gigantic x GRiZ - Power

The message of the Alive album is to live in the moment, for it is the only time that exists. A large portion of this album was written during the pandemic, and political turmoil of the world. Alive is a reflection of the need for gratitude of the current moment, enjoyment of what is, and the realization of the actions and steps needed to move through troubling times. This concept is depicted in the music as well as visually, the skull character represents the ever present reminder that death is inevitable for all of us. Our communal uniting fate. He reminds us that what we have now is such a blessing and that even in the worst of times we must search for things to be grateful for in the moment, because it is the only moment that will ever exist.
