L'essence X Emiilo - Speaker | Exclusive Premiere

It has been 10 years since Tokyo-based band The fin., released their iconic album Days With Uncertainty in 2014. To celebrate this milestone, we are hosting a remix competition for one of the album's standout tracks, "Night Time".

The fin. has performed live in the UK, the US, Europe, and Asia and has appeared at numerous festivals, including Fuji Rock Festival, Summer Sonic, and SXSW. They have also shared the stage with artists such as Phoenix, The Last Shadow Puppets, MEW, Circa Waves, Wild Nothing, and many others.

The competition is open to remixes in genres other than EDM. Jazz, Soul, and R&B are particularly encouraged, but we welcome a wide range of genres using the vocal stems. The winner will receive a buy out fee of $3000(USD) + SURF BONUS $1000(USD), and the winning remix will be released digitally on November 6th, 2024. Participants in the remix competition must be active SURF Starter, Plus and Pro account holders. We look forward to receiving your submissions!
