Consisting of 5 original works from the Berlin based Portuguese, we believe Joal is on top of his game with this fine offering.

The EP goes from smooth, electronic deep house themes of the titletrack ‚Zola Is Sleeping‘ to the sinister and melodic ‚Red Oranges‘ with nuances of Indie Dance, Electro and EBM inbetween. Another sure shot from Joal !

Eva Be has been a defining presence on Berlin’s music scene over the past 20 years. Being an integral part of the Sonar Kollektiv crew since the early days, her style has spanned multiple genres and moods, ranging from trip hop, dub, experimental electronics through to house and elements of techno. Here, after a couple of outings on Poker Flat Recordings, Eva joins hafendisko with three tracks that perfectly encapsulate her eclectic, funky style. 
This Is Be. E. ratchets up the tempo for a more direct reaction - Eva’s exceptional sound design provides a track full of flavour and nuance - while hitting hard enough to keep any dancefloor on its toes. 
The Way is a rolling dubby house track - the driving groove is coupled with trippy delays and drum fills. 
Elbows also experiments with echoes and space - a minimal groove supplies the basis for dubbed out spoken word vocals before a thick bass line kicks in.

The young emerging Tel Aviv based talent, Genish, debuts his full-length EP 'Venga To Rinwo’ on Ya Hala Ya Hala Records. Three self-expressed cuts encapsulate the current vary output and forward-thinking musical scene
of Tel Aviv.

The EP title is automatically intriguing, and it raises certain expectations, which are met by the music.
The beats and basslines are rooted in an underground sensibility, clad in electric guitar riffs, oriental percussions, Sitar and Middle Eastern modal melodies, and instrumentation. The release marks the first original production from the Tel Avivian who is constantly playing the most esteemed nightclubs in Tel Aviv alongside his peers Chaim, Magit Cacoon and Kino Todo.

Already with a handful of releases behind him for labels like Disco Halal and Future Boogie, London-based DJ and producer Kincaid delivers a fine-tuned faultless and comprehensive remix of 'Venga To Rinwo'.
