GrooveBot is the brainchild of Chinmay Agharkar, guitar player for Prog-rock band Paradigm Shift and Grunge act Hook.  
The sound essentially is his affinity for heavy/chunky guitar driven music, his fascination with synths and the love for gaming all coalescing into one.
He is also a Guitar tutor, music educator and a Gibson artist in India.
