GROOVE2000 PRESENTS PARTISAN #10

SYMBIOSIS is an exploration of the dynamic interaction between sound and visual art, recorded live in an abandoned warehouse. This project merges techno with the fluidity of visual expression, creating an immersive atmosphere where music and art coexist in harmony. As the music unfolds, two visual artists paint a canvas, capturing the energy and motion of the live set in real time. The result is a fusion of raw soundscapes and spontaneous artistry, blurring the lines between auditory and visual experiences.

Berlin’s rising talent ichmeinjogi has been shaping soundscapes since the age of 14, earning a reputation for electrifying dancefloors with his versatile style, ranging from groovy and hard-groovy Techno to high-energy and melodic Trance. Born in 2000, his music delivers an fusion of driving rhythms, crafting an atmosphere that is both euphoric and relentless. While ichmeinjogi's roots lie in the heavier realms of Techno, Schranz and Harder Styles, his passion for diverse sounds has pushed him to always explore new territories.

For this podcast, he presents his very first groovy Techno set, highlighting a new side of his musical journey.

NIØ (Jonas Hensel) is a renowned DJ based in Berlin, celebrated for his expertise in Hypnotic Techno. His talent was recognized early on by a wide range of promoters and took a significant turn when he relocated to Berlin. In Berlin, NIØ began performing at various clubs and open-air events, solidifying his reputation while continuously improving his skills as both a DJ and a producer. Today, NIØ is acclaimed for his driving and hypnotic sets, as well as his ability to energize the crowd with his unique and vigorous flair. Enjoy his podcast for February 2025!

HAFS (standing for Hate At First Sight) is a project and artist character created by Maël Capilla Sanchez. He grew up playing acoustic jazz and classical music and transitioned into techno DJing starting in 2017.

His sound packed with densely layered drums, intense hard kicks, dark melody, and plenty of groove for dancing. His sets are punishing -  full of energy and intensity.

He has toured extensively and performed at raves across the world. A few notable examples include Dour Festival (Belgium), Monasterio (Moscow), Hard Kapital (Colombia), Club John Doe (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), Monarch Parties in Paris (France), Rumba Nightclub (Belgium), and LBAT (France).

HAFS started releasing original music in late 2023, and already has several releases under his belt: Bunker Whistle (Insane Industry), Going Wild (Das Kollektive), Moments of Doubt (Premiere on Obscuur), Rave CrossFit (Premiere on Techno Wereld) then recently his new track "LIFE IS A DRAMA" on Red Moon Label Amsterdam. A collab with the Canadian Three Faces Of Eve (Atroxx Music): "United For Rave" should be released in the next few months.

Together with his father Candido Capilla, Maël also runs a mariachi band bringing together various talented Latin musicians from Belgium and neighboring countries.
