The release of this particular EP resonates with us as we consider Oreason as part of our Sacre Coeur Records collectif. We have been actively spectators of their musical shifts, that have occurred through the artistic work process that this Parisian duo of best friends have undertaken.

Their passion and euphoria transcends in their sounds, groovy tech-house rythms accompanied by melodic aerial nuances with a wish to continuously enlightened the warmth and boldness of the 90's deep house bases.

The two tracks that they present to us today is an illustration of their sonic DNA, while showing great musical agility and sensibility to imprint the stylistic and technical sound speciﬁcities of our label.

Nevertheless, Juanito, a French dj and producer based in Barcelona, has crafted for this duo a brilliant reinterpretation of Oreason's « Wide Open », injecting funk and ﬁlth for your acoustic pleasure. May the electrifying grooves of this track bring you a sense of dreamy escapism!

Material Series frontman Mihalis Safras makes a welcome return to Moon Harbour, this time alongside Swiss talent Yvan Genkins. Their superb 'Soda' is an impossibly lively house cut that never sits still. The loose, jostling drums are overloaded with busy cow bells, snaking Indian melodies, popping synths and tribal vocals. Born in France and currently based in Barcelona, Juanito was brought into the spotlight by Roger Sanchez in 2012. Since then, he has built a flourishing career by collaborating with prestigious labels such as Hottrax, Moon Harbour, Deeperfect, Glasgow Underground and Nervous.

Influenced by his Iberian roots, Juanito excels in sharing his passion with the audience through sets that skillfully navigate between House and Techno. His music is a harmonious blend of irresistible rhythms, creating an unforgettable atmosphere on the dancefloor.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid crisis, Juanito has shown determination, achieving remarkable results: 27 tracks in the Beatport TOP100, a 1st place on Traxsource, as well as several times being 2nd on the same platform, and finally, an impressive total of 2.3 million streams on Spotify.

Recognized by iconic figures in the industry such as Jamie Jones, Matthias Tanzmann, Nic Fanciulli, Nicole Moudaber, East End Dubs, Joseph Capriati, Wade and Solardo, Juanito has earned the respect of his peers.
